As the general representative of Hyundai, Alfasol d.o.o. provides technical support and advice on system selection in Hungary. Sales, installation and service will be carried out by authorised partners, whose network we are currently building.
Our support system covers four key areas

Manufacturer warranty in Hungary
- The manufacturer warranty for Hyundai units in Hungary is 3 years.
- The terms of any extended warranty and of on-site service will be set by the future authorised partner for Hungary.
- The manufacturer warranty does not limit the consumer's statutory rights: the mandatory warranty under Hungarian Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.) and the rights under the statutory warranty for defects, which can be enforced against the seller.
- The warrantor, the territorial scope of the warranty, its conditions and how to claim it are stated on the warranty card handed over at purchase.

Your statutory rights
More about your statutory warranty rights: europa.eu/youreurope/guaranteesAs a consumer, you have statutory rights in case of non-conformity of goods. The seller is liable for non-conformity of goods for at least 2 years from delivery. If the goods do not conform to the contract, the seller must repair or replace them free of charge, and in some cases you are entitled to a price reduction or to withdraw from the contract. You exercise these rights with the seller; they do not depend on product registration or a service contract. The manufacturer warranty does not affect consumers statutory rights.
