Privacy Policy

Through the enquiry forms (JotForm) we collect the data you enter, such as first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, town and message content. For the newsletter we collect your email address and, optionally, your name.

Enquiries submitted via the forms for private customers and business partners are processed via the Jotform service (Jotform Inc., 4 Embarcadero Center, Suite 780, San Francisco, CA 94111, USA), which acts as a processor on behalf of the controller named in this policy. We collect the data you enter in the form (e.g. name, company name, email, phone, town, enquiry content) to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer or put you in touch with an authorised partner. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for business partner enquiries, also our legitimate interest in developing our partner network (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data may be stored on Jotform servers in the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Jotform Inc. participates, and on a data processing agreement with Jotform. We keep the data as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any further cooperation, but no longer than 24 months from the last communication, unless the law requires longer retention. We process newsletter data based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Newsletter sign-up data is stored with our hosting and database provider, which processes it only on our instructions. Enquiry form data is processed by Jotform as described above.

Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn; retention of enquiries is described in the JotForm section.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You can submit requests via the contact page or by phone.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, www.naih.hu).

Necessary: the hosting provider's security cookie (__cf_bm, up to 30 minutes) used to filter bot traffic, and your consent choice stored in the browser (cookie-consent). Analytics: the hosting provider's visitor statistics script (~flock.js) stores a random session identifier (session-id, 30 minutes) in the browser to aggregate visits. We use it only with your consent ("Accept"); if you choose "Reject", the identifier is deleted. You can change your choice by clearing your browser data. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies. When the forms load, Jotform may process technical data as described above.
